Yes you need to to create an account first to book a session, this will allow you to easily manage, reschedule, or cancel your bookings later. To create one, just click “Log In / Sign Up” on the top of the page before booking.

After choosing your session or program, you’ll be prompted to complete payment through our secure checkout. We accept credit/debit cards Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details.

Yes! You’ll get an instant confirmation email with your session details, payment receipt, and any preparation instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder email before your scheduled session or program start date.

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel your session using the link in your confirmation email. Please review our cancellation policy for details on timing or fees. If you need extra help, just contact us through our Contact page or send an email to our support team.
