Click on the “Book Now” or “Register” button on our website. You’ll be taken to our booking page, where you can choose the coaching session or program that best suits you. Select a date and time that works for you, fill in your details, and confirm your booking.

2. Do I need to create an account to register?

Yes you need to to create an account first to book a session, this will allow you to easily manage, reschedule, or cancel your bookings later. To create one, just click “Log In / Sign Up” on the top of the page before booking.

3. How do I pay for my coaching session or program?

After choosing your session or program, you’ll be prompted to complete payment through our secure checkout. We accept credit/debit cards Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details.

4. Will I receive a confirmation after registering?

Yes! You’ll get an instant confirmation email with your session details, payment receipt, and any preparation instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder email before your scheduled session or program start date.
