Euzebio Viana Meneses, MBA,  South African born, Spanish citizen is an accomplished global business leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, strategic marketing,  general management and regional leadership.

 

He began his career at Johnson & Johnson Ethicon in 1989  (26 Years) and progressed through key leadership roles in sales, marketing, and regional management across South Africa, EMEA, and the United States. Serving on both Regional and Global Boards, he spearheaded growth strategies, new product introductions, and market transformations, achieving consistent double-digit growth and operational excellence.

In 2016, Euzebio founded Quavel Investments, a Dublin-based holding company focused on healthcare and educational ventures, and launched GUVTEC, a European leader in germicidal UV air purification technology, and Resonont a Leadership Development Company. 

Recognized for visionary leadership, strategic growth execution, and team development, Euzebio has a strong track record of driving innovation, restructuring businesses, and building sustainable competitive advantage. His expertise spans organisational transformation, market entry strategies, key account management, and operational turnaround, enabling organisations to thrive in complex and evolving markets.
